Delivery Times   Rug products that are in stock will be dispatched the next business day following payment of your order. Depending on Australia post and your location,  most items will be received within 3 - 7 days.   Custom Made Rugs   Depending on how busy we are please allow 7 - 10 days for your custom made rug. These rugs are made to order as customers usually have special requests for colour size ect. so we cannot keep a large stock of these items.

Ruggit Rugs Guarantee   We are so confident in the quality of our rugs that if you are not satisfied with your horse rug purchased form Ruggit Rugs, return it together with a copy of your receipt within 7 days for a full refund. Please note we do not refund postage costs, they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
